The DIO62910 is a high-efficiency, high-frequency synchronous step-down DC-DC regulator IC, capable of delivering up to 6 MHz oscillation frequency, which allows using 0.47 μH coil with a size of 1.6 mm × 0.8 mm and 1.0 mm × 0.5 mm ceramic capacitors for the input capacitance (CIN) and the output capacitance (COUT). The DIO62910 operates in continuous conduction mode under PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) control, and operates at a stable oscillation frequency regardless of load.
